What happens after you send an enquiry

From your first message to your first delivery: the four steps every Bombay Creamery partnership goes through.

Sending an enquiry takes a few minutes. What comes next is a conversation, not a form-filling marathon. Here is what to expect at each stage, so nothing comes as a surprise.

1. Share your interest

It begins with the enquiry form. Tell us a little about yourself, your city and pincode, the partnership model you are leaning towards and how soon you would like to start. If you are unsure about the model, pick the closest one. It is easy to change later.

Our partnerships team reviews every enquiry and reaches out to start the conversation.

2. Find your fit

Next, we talk. We want to understand your experience, your location and what you hope to build, and you get to ask us anything. Together we look at which model and territory make the most sense for your business.

3. Review the details

Once the fit is clear, we share the specifics: the requirements for your model, the documents we need and the commercial terms. Take your time with them. Good partnerships are built on clarity.

Questions worth asking at this stage:

  • What space and cold storage does my model need?
  • Which territory would I cover?
  • What does onboarding involve, and how long does it take?

4. Get ready to launch

With everything agreed, we complete onboarding together and plan your first product assortment: the mix of family tubs, cones, Reserve bars and fruit sticks that suits your customers. Then it is time to fill the freezer.

Tell us where you are, and we’ll help you find where you could go.
