The details

Partnership terms

Every partnership starts with a conversation. These terms explain how we review dealership, distributorship and super stockist enquiries — and what an enquiry does and does not commit either of us to.

What these terms cover

These terms apply to enquiries and applications made through this website, and to the discussions that follow, for a dealership, distributorship or super stockist partnership with [Registered company name] (“Bombay Creamery”, “we”, “us”). They sit alongside our terms of use and privacy policy.

An enquiry is not an appointment

Submitting an enquiry, and any discussion that follows, does not create a partnership, appointment, franchise, agency or any other binding relationship between you and Bombay Creamery. A partnership exists only once both sides have signed a written agreement.

We review every enquiry, but we are not obliged to accept one, to continue discussions or to explain our decision.

How we assess an enquiry

To find the right fit, we may ask about your experience, location, premises, cold-storage and transport capacity, existing network and financial readiness. Before an agreement, we may also ask for documents such as business and GST registration, PAN, proof of address and premises details, and we may visit your premises.

We look at each enquiry against the needs of the territory and our network at the time. Meeting the requirements of a model does not guarantee appointment.

Territories

Territory availability changes over time and is confirmed only in writing. No territory is reserved for you, and no exclusivity is granted, unless a signed agreement says so.

Investment and commercial terms

Investment, margins, minimum orders, credit and other commercial terms depend on the partnership model, territory and scale. They are shared during our discussions and become binding only when set out in a signed agreement.

Any figures, examples or projections we share are illustrative. They are not a promise of sales, income or profit, which depend on many factors outside our control.

Payments and fraud warning

Bombay Creamery does not charge a fee to submit an enquiry, and we never ask for payment through this website. Please be careful:

  • we will only ask for a payment after a written agreement has been signed;
  • payments are only ever made to a Bombay Creamery company bank account named in that agreement — never to a personal account, a personal UPI ID or a wallet;
  • our team contacts you from official Bombay Creamery email addresses. Treat any other “offer letter”, “registration fee” or “territory booking amount” as suspicious.

If someone claims to represent Bombay Creamery and asks you for money, do not pay. Report it to us at [legal@your-domain.com]. We are not responsible for payments made to anyone other than Bombay Creamery.

Information you give us

You confirm that the information you give us is accurate and complete, and that you will tell us if it changes. We may end discussions if information proves to be false or misleading.

We handle your personal data as described in our privacy policy.

Confidentiality

Pricing, margins, plans and other commercial information we share during discussions is confidential. Please use it only to evaluate the partnership and do not share it with anyone other than your professional advisers.

Costs

Each side bears its own costs of the enquiry and discussions — including travel, advice and preparation — unless we agree otherwise in writing. Please do not invest in premises, equipment or stock on the expectation of an appointment until an agreement has been signed.

The partnership agreement prevails

If you become a Bombay Creamery partner, the signed partnership agreement governs our relationship. If anything in it differs from these terms or from this website, the agreement prevails.

Changes

We may update these terms, or change or pause partnership programmes and territories, at any time. The date at the top of the page shows when these terms last changed.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at [City] have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
